Do I need to have access to a gym to do the workouts?
It would be more beneficial for you if you have access to a gym or gym equipment. However, if you do not, I can custom make a home-based training plan for you.
How will I receive my workouts and meal plan?
Your workouts and meal plan are loaded to your STS fitness app and will be accessible to you anytime anywhere.
How will we track my progress?
You will need to upload your weight and progress photos onto the app on a weekly basis. I will set a reminder in your calendar for this. Only once you have done so will I be able to assess if any changes are needed.
Are there different levels of workouts / plans?
My plans are personalised for your individual needs and can be customised for all fitness levels. Difficulty and intensity will increase with each plan as you progress.
How long are the workouts?
Anywhere between 45-60 minutes depending on the workout, your fitness level and pace. It may take you a bit longer during your first week as you adapt to the fitness app.
If I miss a workout can I add it to the next day’s workout?
No, if you miss a workout you must skip it and just proceed with the workout that is scheduled for the next day. It will not benefit you to try and cram everything into one day. The split between rest days and training days is very important to your progression and achieving your goals. I understand that you may need to suddenly change things around due to a busy schedule. If this is the case please let me know so we can work around it.
Can I do more training if I feel like it?
No. Please follow my plan to the T and do not try to add anything. You need to challenge yourself with these workouts and increase your weights if it feels too easy. Your training programme has been designed to give you the best results.
How soon will I see results?
This depends on how disciplined and consistent you are. I will give you all the tools you need to progress, but it will be up to you to utilize them. Results become visible anywhere between 4-8 weeks. You can undergo a complete transformation within 12 weeks.
Do I have to eat everything on the meal plan?
Yes, your calories/daily intake have been calculated based on your body composition and fitness goals with your meal plan customised accordingly. If you do not follow my plan to the T I will not be able to make any changes down the line as I wouldn’t know what you have been consuming to begin with.
What do your training plans cost?
My plans vary in cost depending on the type and length of your plan. 1-on-1 sessions are invoiced upfront monthly at set hourly rates. Online options range from 4 weeks through to 12 weeks depending on your health and fitness goals. I will often first conduct a complimentary face-to-face or telephonic consultation with you to determine what your needs are.
